Q: When do I pay for my goods?

A: Payment is taken at the time of ordering.


Q: How will my goods be delivered?

A: For small items such as yoke protectors, headlight covers etc, they will be by royal mail. For all larger items such as screens, huggers, bodywork etc. we will despatch via UK Mail, which will require a signature.


Q: How long will delivery be?

A: Any stock items are despatched the following day with a 2 working day transit time. Non-stock items will be subject to a manufacturing time outlined when order taken.


Q: Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

A: Yes this is not a problem providing the address is accessible and someone is available to sign for the goods.


Q: Where are Skidmarx based and can I collect my goods?

A: Skidmarx are based in Weymouth, Dorset. Whilst we are happy for you to collect your goods, please be aware we are a factory and not a shop.


Q: Are all your products in stock?

A: No with over 30,000 items in our range it is impossible to carry the whole range, we try to carry the most popular items. All other items will be manufactured to order.


Q: Are my personal details safe?

A: Yes, we are a member of the ICO Data Protection Act and we are also ISO 9001 accredited.


Q: Are the colours that you offer on your huggers, guards and bodywork panels, colour matched?

A: No! These are GRP gel coat colours but in some cases the colours are very close such as gloss black and Kawasaki green. If you are in any doubt we are happy to send you a colour chip before ordering.


Q: Will I be able to fit the parts myself?

A: Yes all parts can be fitted by a reasonably competent person! If you are in any doubt please contact a professional mechanic or we can offer a fitting service at our factory, there is a charge for this service.
